The Caniogan Credit and Development Cooperative held its 38Th Annual General Assembly on March 31, 2019 at Bulacan Sports Complex, Sta. Isabel, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Membership registration and election of officers started at 12:00 NN. It was attended by 1851 associate members and 3,175 regular members. BOD Secretary Roda Tiongson mentioned that as of 2:00 in the afternoon, the meeting had reached its quorum. 

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ma. Mercedes Cerezo at 2:05 PM. She welcomed all who were present at the general assembly meeting and asked the members to applaud the occasion. Secretary Tiongson was called to read the minutes of the previous general assembly meeting.

The assembly ratified all acts and board resolution passed by the board in previous year. The 2019 action plan and budget were also approved and confirmed. 

The General Manager (on behalf of the management) reported the operational performance and financial highlights of the cooperative for the year 2018. He stated that the coop’s assets grew by 8.5% to P630,454,372.00 from P581,214,059.05 over the same period while revenues rose to P16,242,676.05 from 14,739,637.86.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 P.M

In pursuit of our vision, cooperative principles and mission to provide effective and service to all and to strengthen our corporate social responsibility. On April 16, 2019, Caniogan credit and Development cooperative opened a Coop’s clinic aims to provide free health services to our members. It includes free medical check up, blood pressure, sugar test, and ECG.

Caniogan Coop’s clinic is located at Caniogan Coop building, Lucero St., Caniogan, City of Malolos, Bulacan  and open every Tuesday 8:00 A.M to 12:00 N.N.
